The AI Marketplace website ("the Marketplace", "the site") is operated by The Weitz Center (registered non-profit organization no. 510426935), POB 12, Rehovot, Israel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site, submitting a company, or leaving your details, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About the service

The Marketplace is a non-profit initiative that showcases companies, products, and initiatives from the AI ecosystem for informational and community purposes only. It is not an offer, recommendation, or endorsement of any company, product, or service. You are responsible for your own independent evaluation before engaging with any listed party.

3. Eligibility

The site is intended for business professionals. You may browse the directory freely without submitting any personal details.

4. Company submissions

• You may submit company information only if you are authorized to do so and the information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• By submitting content (including company details and logos), you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and publish it within the Marketplace and related communications.
• We may review, edit for presentation, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish any submission.

5. Intellectual property

All logos, trademarks, and company information displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners and are based on publicly available sources, including official company websites. If you would like your company information or logo updated or removed, contact us at info@weitz.org.il.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
